What is not included
A few things are paid directly to the companies that provide them, so you stay in control of those accounts.
Your Acuity plan
Switchboard connects to your own Acuity Scheduling account. Acuity needs a plan that includes access for connected tools, and you pay Acuity directly.
AI provider usage
The AI assistant is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, you connect your own provider account and pay it directly for what you use.
Text messages
Not available yet. When they are, any carrier charges will be listed here before you are asked to pay for them.
Health information
We do not currently sign business associate agreements. Read section 8 of the terms before you store clinical detail.

Why is there a setup fee?
Each practice gets its own server and database, and the setup connects your website, booking calendar and accounts to it.
Is there a contract?
It is month to month. You can stop at any time by telling us in writing, and we will make your data available for export first.
What if a channel is not approved yet?
Those channels are listed as awaiting approval on the product page. They are included in the Practice plan and turned on as each platform approves access.
